I used the Aptana version, it's very cool with zen coding.

but, I find that you didn't save the file at UTF-8 format, so the files's 
comments appear as unrecognized code when I edit the zen-coding's keyboard 
shortcuts.

and the other question, I want to know can I translate the zen-coding's 
setting to other language and change the keyboard shortcuts to Windows 
platform? so many people use PC instead of MAC/Linux. I think this can help 
many people who use Windows OS and can not understand English correctly.

yes, this is just a very little change. but maybe it's useful to many many 
people.
