Add space after colon in CSS snippets #76

Or at least make it an option. Having a space after the : makes a CSS rule
easier to read. The W3C
use spaces in their examples throughout the whole website so it seems that's
what they
recommend (without officially stating it as a recommendation, in their words
it's optional). I would
like to have this by default but would also be pleased to have an easy way to
change it myself
(without hacking the settings file).

This is of course an enhancement and should not be marked as "defect", sorry.
