ReferenceError: "getPartition"is not defined.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select Toggle Comments from menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I get an error:

ReferenceError: "getPartition"is not defined.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Zen.Coding-Aptana.v0.5.5.zip
Win XP

Please provide any additional information below.
I am new to the script, Don't know much more

I noticed earlier versions com with a LIB folder. Copied this into the scripts 
folder 
and it worked

"Toggle Comment" is my private action, accidentally added to distro package. 
I'm working on better 
implementation as a part of Zen Coding
