Add more labs #3

Right now, there aren't many labs (2 as of 28/01/2021), but more could be added.

Some ideas of labs would be to create exercises about:

Basic Qubit Manipulation
Basic Quantum Algorithms (on limited number of Qubits)

26/04/2021: Three labs have been created in total for now. These cover the creation of a Qiskit environment, the creation of a circuit that demonstrates Quantum Teleportation, as well as a small circuit demonstrating Quantum Fourier Transform. Issue will remain open as extra labs could be created about Quantum Algorithms.
