[x] Say 'I got it' when going for kickoff
[ ] Say defending if joint closest but not going for ball (because on right)
[ ] If another bot says 'I got it' on kickoff say 'Defending' and don't go for kickoff
[ ] Say waste of CPU cycles if win by 3x goals with at least 2 goals Only uses team info quickchats when len(agent.friends) > 0
