Add a pause menu that comes up when you pause/exit mid-battle #42

Menu should expose main menu button (with warning that you'll lose the current battle) and a resume button.

Battles shouldn't be auto-resume when you re-open/focus game.

Now need to do similar thing for gamestate (requires showing/hiding buttons I presume)

Thinking pause just makes pause button re-name to play

Clicking back or main menu button brings up a confirmation dialogue like on homescreen
