Mouse sometimes snaps to top button when it shouldn't #54

Even when tabbed out of game, or maybe only when tabbed out

It happens when I click on another program while tabbed into game, teleports mouse to top left button. Also when I click on 'Auto' or 'Blank' in deck editor

Also seemingly happens randomly when in background, and happens sometimes when I tab into game

All of this only happens when a controller plugged in

That has fixed the snapping when tabbing in/out of game. Random snapping when in background still remains I think And Auto/Blank button still snap downwards

This was the cause of all this pain (and previous pain with state changing snapping mouse incorrectly)
