Add sandbox #70

60 was a precursor to this. The current plan is to add a new button/menu that lets you select a deck for each side to use (either a saved deck or a pre-made campaign one), background & music.

Sandbox is now fully functional. May or may not have further UI tweaks, so will leave open for now, but most the work is done
