Improve the user experience with a display which tells the user the status of the tracking.
Trim the tracking speed.
Turn on / off guiding input.
Perhaps even let the user select other tracking speeds.

A rotary encoder with push button might be the input device.

Currently 20221221 the device has a single push button for user input which requires using either short pushes or long pushes to change device state. The device has a single LED for output to indicate state.
