Server and Game crashes #23

Hey I tried to use this mod for my dedicated Server but everytime i try to connect, the server and my game crashes. Normally the server works fine. I subscribed the mod and added ?Mutator=ServerExtMut.ServerExtMut to the command line in my batch file. Alternative i tried to add the mod direct in my Webinterface under ServerActors. Both worked and the Mod is listed but the server still crashes after a player connects. I also tried to play this mod in Solo Mode and my game crashes too (Open KF-BioticsLab?Mutator=ServerExtMut.ServerExtMut in console). I hope you can say me what i'm doing wrong. Screenshots and Logs attached Thanks a lot.

@Dragonblader I think I may know what your issue by taking a quick glance at this. Where exactly do you have the ServerExt files at? Are they inside the ServerExt folder, if so the files need to be taken out of those ServerExt folders ( for both Config and BrewedPC folders ). Also make sure you have VoteAnnouncer.upk

@FreebaseJosh I tried both but thats not the problem. The mod is found, like you see in the screenshot of the webinterface. I think it has nothing to do with the server otherwise i could play the mod alone. But the mod is also crashing in Single player.
