Expiring messages don't expire when a new user is added to a conversation

To reproduce on Chrome:

• Start a thread and send the share a link to several people.
• Once you have 2 people talking set the message expiration and send a few messages. Those should expire.
• Have another person join the conversation and you will see something like this message:

• That message and any others that person sends will NOT expire.
