The 404s are unrelated; That's a source map issue..

The browser must be this Edge build 14986+ to support async/await without a about:flags tweak. I was able to open the site and do basic stuff when using the experemental async/await flags enabled. Let's wait till newer builds of Edge are common place before coming back to this. I'm satisfied with the level of support I witnessed for now.
