2 years ago An RTL/BiDi friendly version of this would be great too. If the icon is mirrored/flipped RTL, then the letters will appear backwards.

4 months ago Please, yes. There's list icons that have numbers or bullets but there isn't one that has letters? Quite a big miss...

2 months ago This is a quick update to let folks know that we’re refining our icon request workflow behind the scenes, and as part of that we’re going through all open requests and filing them into several new buckets to be addressed.
In this case we’ve added this issue to our new list to be created! We can’t promise any firm timelines right now, but this will help us keep track of it.
We’ll update this issue when the icon is released into the wild 🙂
In an inline rich text editor, it would be helpful to have a separate "ordered list" icon for lists that are alphabetically organized, rather than numerically (for which fa-list-ol serves its purpose well). Here is an amateur attempt to create the icon.
