5 years ago I vote for a fist-bump icon. I would however widen the use cases. A fist bump icon can represent collaboration, teamwork, good job!, congratulations.

5 years ago I'm currently using the hand-rock rotated 180 for this, but it would be cool to have a dedicated icon, especially if it were more like the emoji: 👊

3 months ago This is a quick update to let folks know that we’re refining our icon request workflow behind the scenes, and as part of that we’re going through all open requests and filing them into several new buckets to be addressed.
In this case we’ve added this issue to our new list to be created! We can’t promise any firm timelines right now, but this will help us keep track of it.
We’ll update this issue when the icon is released into the wild 🙂

This icon could be used as a like button for fitness apps.
It would be nice if the icon is available in two version like "fa-thumbs-o-up" and "fa-thumbs-up".
