Icon request: MIR (МИР) icon, Russian payment system like VISA/MasterCard #12250

In Russia, we use our own payment system called MIR (МИР). It is needed to be used along with MasterCard and VISA on Russian sites.

+1 It would be great to add this icon to existing block of locally added icons - rusmoney (due to issue #8938).
