Hi!
Thanks for being part of the Font Awesome Community.
Is this a duplicate of #3574 ?
Hi tagliala,
They do look similar, but they are different (I might even say they are legally different icons). If only the house portion is made into a FA (as users on 3574 suggested) then fa-eh could be used for either "opportunity" or "lender" with users supplying the final text below it.
Thanks for checking!
The Equal Housing opportunity means that a buyer or a renter of a home can't be discriminated against by real estate agents or Apartment/Condo complexes. Those would be displayed by those conveying the property to the occupant. The Equal Housing Lender applies to a different group, to mortgage professionals, which applies to the mortgage process. It shows that they don't intend to discriminate. In the law, the display of these symbols is a show of good faith that those who are behind the decisions do intend to not discriminate. I think both designs would be a great addition to FA.

What can it be used for?
used by American financial institutions to denote they do not engage in discriminatory practices in regards to residential real estate transactions https://www.fdic.gov/regulations/laws/rules/2000-6000.html
