What can it be used for?

The icon could be used to promote the Liberating Analytics Software Matomo (formerly known as Piwik).

If it's helpful, you can see an SVG version of the full logo here: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Matomo_Logo.svg (assuming you just remove the name and make the logo/icon work for a font.)
