I try to add/use the otf as resource in Delphi 10.3... but it does not work.... the ttf does work but contains far less icons... how can I convert oft to ttf? Is there a full icons set availbable in ttf format, which will solve my problem...

Could you please clarify this one, too? Which icons are missing?

TTF are optimized for the web, but they contain the same number of icons of the .otf. There are three three otf files (brand / regular / solid) as well as three ttf files (brand / regular / solid).
