Icons not showing in Sketch #15234

I've downloaded the .otf fonts on to my Mac and they appear in my font book. When I open Sketch, I choose font awesome and type the icon name and nothing happens. Not sure what I'm doing wrong but support are refusing to help.

Thanks for being part of the Font Awesome Community.

I do not know Sketch and I don't own it, but could you please make sure that you have selected the Solid style?

I am having a similar problem, but because of the development environment I am in, I have to use version 4 of the FontAwesome font. The font appears in Font Book, I can access it in Pages, but when I try to use it in Sketch by selecting it in the font dropdown, the font Lucida Grande is chosen instead. Sketch 57.1 Mac OS X 10.14.6 Font Book 9.0

Any help welcomed. Jacque
