I don't think it's gonna happen. My guess is that FontAwesome is waiting for Linktree to pay them to officially add their icon to the library. I can't find it now, but there's a page on FontAwesome that details how a company can sponsor them to get their brand into the library. I think it's like $2000-5000 range or something.
