Icons request: icon-comment-add

Hi guys,

I thought this might add to your collection and be useful to others and not just for me. Would it be possible to add an icon for a new comment to be added. Like a comment with a plus sign?

Cleaning up this issue and leaving open as icon-comment-add

Please also split different request if they are not strongly related (e.g: comment-add and file types are not related at all)

It would be really nice if there was a way to just take the comment icon and then add a smaller plus sign icon in the bottom right corner ... leveraging the icon stack mechanism.

I agree with mattruma. If there were a plus and minus icon that resided in the lower right corner then it could be stacked on any other icon. As well as being able to color it.
