You should look here if you want the official icons: https://www.glassdoor.com/press/images/

@energee 's link looks like an Illustrator vector trace or something because the lines are jagged when you zoom in.

+1, thanks @energee , do you know where I can get a cropped version that looks like the font-awesome square icon ?

I have been trying with Inkscape and really, this software make me want to die. If anybody got illustrator around here, that would be awesome.
