Pluralsight has an official Digital Assets page with an .eps version of their logo: https://www.pluralsight.com/newsroom/brand-assets
From this, I used InkScape to convert it to a Font Awesome-friendly SVG:

I'm an SVG novice, so this probably needs a little bit of cleanup. I'm using this as an inline SVG icon until Font Awesome adds it. Sharing this in case anyone else needs it in the mean-time.
