8 years ago I think a more "plain" image would best be suited for FontAwesome. :wink:
I have used some images and converted them to vectors and rendered them below. I cleaned up the images very quickly. The more smooth, the better. Not too smooth, or detail will be lost.

4 months ago This is a quick update to let folks know that we’re refining our icon request workflow behind the scenes, and as part of that we’re going through all open requests and filing them into several new buckets to be addressed.
In this case we’ve added this issue to our new list to be created! We can’t promise any firm timelines right now, but this will help us keep track of it.
We’ll update this issue when the icon is released into the wild 🙂
Could you design an icon that looks like a leg doing a mid-kick or a high-kick into the air? I want to help local talent promote their martial arts dojos. fa-karate would be an AMAZING icon.
