Icon request: Vipps (by DNB)

Hi

@tagliala could you add this as brand icons again? and as well add payment icons and web application icons? :) @davegandy Is it possible to add to 4.6 this too? :) I would be thankful if the icons is available on FontAwesome ;)

In Norway, there is a popular app called Vipps that will make easier it to transfer money from you to a friend - or between multiple persons. Now as this app just launched for Norwegian businesses, associations or non-profit etc. This will be useful for us if we can use the icons from you on our websites. I would like to have two different icons for vipps such as:

a) fa-vipps (https://www.vipps.no/portalfront/vipps/release/img/logo.png. Same logo on top in www.vipps.no) b) fa-vipps-face (https://www.vipps.no/portalfront/vipps/release/img/logo_small.png. Same face-icon on bottom in www.vipps.no )

@truls1502 as per contributing guidelines, we are not accepting PR containing icons

@tagliala and how to see whether an icon is pr or not? Especially considering that there are SO MANY brands out there

@My1 only Dave is adding icons to the core, this is a design choice at the moment. If you need a particular icon go for a custom build or take a look at the comments in the request.

Hi @tagliala!

Thank you for the link, I just want to inform you that git is still a bit new for me. I have only used github to report a bug/issue or request a feature/icons etc.

However I have forked your git and do you mind to help me to provide me a link or tutorial where it can give me better understanding of how your structure works. And it including an explanation about how you guys add a new icon on your git because I was wondering how to add the icon "**/fonts/***" (either in otf-file and other files in the folder).

I am sorry if bother you, but I could not find a guide yet. I truly appreciate for your help. Otherwise if you have Slack or other way to communicate then you are welcome to invite or contact me on truls (at) signwo (dot) com.

I am looking forward to get started to contribute your Font Awesome project.

@tagliala Thank you, but I have no luck to hack into the otf file via Photoshop CC. Do you use other applications? Or do I need older version of Photoshop do hack in the otf file?

you need otf editing tools if you want to edit the .otf file
