Updates for Font Awesome 6 #156

The overarching goal for this PR is to enable "Use CDN" for Free V6, while not allowing Use CDN for Pro V6, since there is no Pro CDN for V6.

Related, V6 introduces some enhanced support for compatibility with Versions 4 and 5. These changes also enable those new compatibility supports.

[x] Update front end admin code to use compat instead of v4Compat as an options key
[x] Fix conflict detection on beta-5.9
[x] verify that conflict detection works correctly when using v6.0.0-beta3 on Free CDN
[x] verify admin app networking after axios update, including compat-js
[x] add test for v5-font-face to some integration plugin
