The symbolic version "latest" resolves to the latest 5.x release, by definition. We should be querying for the latest "6.x" version by using "6.x" here: https://github.com/FortAwesome/wordpress-fontawesome/blob/8d40bad11284e9cc520262a3492ab52c67500b91/includes/class-fontawesome-release-provider.php#L150
