This is something I've been kicking around for a while but I've just created the meetup group a moment ago and I'm waiting for people to join on the meetup page before we have our first official meetup.
I'll be there chatting with other Forth programmers, Makers, and DIY enthusiasts. I personally look forward to seeing YOU there so we can all bounce ideas off each other!

Nice logo!
hahas yeah, it has a striking similarity to a logo you, @larsbrinkhoff made. It can be a very temporary logo.
First meetup announced for Tuesday, November 3rd!!! http://www.meetup.com/newenglandfig/events/226250295/
I have plenty of my own projects to present, but if you're in the area we'd love to hear all about what you're working on or what you've stumbled upon. Just let me know and I can add it to the agenda for any future meeting.
I'm looking forward to seeing you there!
Also, @larsbrinkhoff, a new logo while still building on the shoulders of giants.
Hah, that's witty!
