Collect metrics from services.

Metrics shall include:

[x] Amount messages processed ~~- [ ] Amount of messages written~~
[x] Amount of commands executed
[x] Event loop lag
[x] Active handles
[x] GC metrics
[x] CPU & memory usage
[x] Service version
[x] Node.js version
