Port scanning doesn't workwith ADB Hyper-V enabled

Using Hyper-V uses a port between 30000 and 60000 which we cannot find using our current methods.

We can use Powershell to get the PID of HD-Player.exe, and then scan ports opened by that process to reduce the port scan to 6-7 ports.
