Collect/dispatch TS #22

We should open the TS screen to get the daily rewards, and an option to dispatch teams for fully automated accounts.

some code added in added in https://github.com/Fortigate/AutoAFK/commit/2fe34f457f38a801965a0eb3087b96eb6db7cf92 but not released, needs all 4 TS banners to be able to click it when HoE etc pushes TS down the list
