Added examples and content, clarified language, and fixed typos. #16

I added examples for cycle and arithmetic-if constructs, converted some of the Germanic phrasing to more idiomatic (American) English, and isolated several TODO items from the body of the text.

Hopefully these changes are in the spirit of the original document. I've tried not to alter the tone or the meaning of the original text, though I did add more justification for writing readable code.
