New admonitions bugs #544

The new admonitions md extension is not working quite right, something to do with new lines:

    !> @warning Only in new diagnostics
    !>
    !> @warning This value "shadows" the `ncheck` input of the
    !> collisions namelist.

used to be rendered as image

now rendered as image

Also bad interaction with quotes in first line too
