Ammo bench fix (.308 ammo belt)

About The Pull Request

Adds the .308 ammo belt into the reloading bench for Paladin-Slayer Centurions to make.

Why It's Good For The Game

Most cent players who used the Paladin-Slayer loadout would just use casing bags to carry around the ammo. They can still do that, but this should make lugging around the massive amounts of ammo easier and more realistic.
