Adds a (ballistic) minigun.

About The Pull Request

For when I want to spawn in an "Oh shit!" heavy burst fire weapon that isn't a gatling laser. I know that another version of the minigun is being planned for the future but this'll do for the interim. This isn't supposed to spawn normally in game, nor be bothered with in a balance discussion, so yeah.

Why It's Good For The Game

Because it's cool.
