About The Pull Request

Adds the Rock-It-Launcher from Fallout 3, a homemade pneumatic cannon weapon that uses junk as ammo. Works as a two-in-one item, with the backpack and the nozzle working like the M2 flamethrower.

Features:

• Examine the backpack to view what it currently contains
• Adjustable blacklist. Currently only contains shurikens, but can be added to should problems arise with items.
• Fire modes (first inserted first, last inserted first, and five items at once), can be changed with a screwdriver
• Pressure can be changed with a wrench, increasing the speed of the items launched.
• Primes grenades should they be fired
• Item spin can be turned on or off by alt-clicking.
• Recipe can be found in the Ranged Weapons section of the crafting menu. Uses plastic, electronic and metal parts, as well as a superconductor coil (which the Fallout 3 recipe uses!)

Why It's Good For The Game

An amazing (and arguably iconic) weapon with a unique ability. Not too powerful, not entirely useless, and tons of fun to use. Coder sprites based off of this concept art!
