Consistent time handling #17

The trading day and other areas use dates without any TimeZone.  This makes
them sensitive to the place in which the strategy is running, and where the
data comes from.  Need to review all date handling to ensure consistency.

Defer to a later release.  Tough luck to all traders in other timezones - you 
can bug
