What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.
just downloaded client
2.
clicked true trade client
3.
it shown the error

You will need to follow the InstallGuide: 
http://code.google.com/p/truetrade/wiki/InstallGuide

For the client to run, you will need to install and configure the database.  We 
will
try to add a wizard to make this smoother in the future.

FYI: it's probably best to run TrueTrade from source as this gives you the 
smoothest
path to editing strategies.
