Mainly because I have almost forgotten to enter the desired Save ID several times, and this improves work flow for people who want a unique Save ID or no Wiimmfi

There is standard for adding metadata to csv: https://www.w3.org/TR/tabular-data-model/#embedded-metadata Implementation should comply to that standard.
