Possibility to import zip files #3

Currently it is possible to download zip files from https://fortunestreetmodding.github.io/maps which may contain

1 .md file
1-4 .frb files
optionally a custom map icon (.png), base filename corresponding to the mapIcon property in the md file
optionally a custom background file (.cmpres) and corresponding custom turnlot file (gameturnlot.arc) , base filename corresponding to the background property in the md file

The idea is that instead of needing to extract the zip file, csmm-qt can take a zip file as input in addition to md files
