This isn't a CSMM bug, but it is a bug of the game that may be fixed through CSMM.
There is a plaque on the top of the roof of any Estate Agency in Fortune Street Wii. This plaque is always grey, despite the fact that there are textures and materials for it in every player color.

When the player erects an Estate Agency, the game properly changes the material reference on the building from 00 (unowned) to whatever the player's character color is. But the plaque material reference (which is separate from the building reference) erroneously stays at 00, which is why the plaque is always grey.
