[Feature Request] Make the patches dynamically loadable using Qt Plugins or the like #42

This will allow people to write their own patches for CSMM, as well as choose which of the pre-installed patches to enable in case they make their own changes (cough FS2 cough).

Marked as high prio as this will allow for entire modpacks to be more easily patched in csmm.
