Occasionally, ETF2L changes the linked steam account of players, usually when their steam account has a VAC ban but they have since been unbanned from ETF2L. For example, this player's old steam account is now on this player (an example match and log). ETF2L keeps this linked info internally, but there are no plans to make it available publicly.
Currently, encountering players like this causes the whole transaction to fail, since eu_playerids are supposed to be unique. I think the right way to approach this is to make them non-unique. Since the old account is banned, I think it's unlikely that we will ever need to support teams/matches for the old account.
