Look into better log deduplication #66

Some logs are not getting deduplicated properly. For example:

Looks like this isn't quote working, see e.g. 3178084 3178078 3178064 3178032 which should all be dupes of 3177997

I think I want to do this again, but in the reverse order. That is, combined logs should be marked as duplicates, not the originals. This should result in better deduplication.
