Parser wishlist

This is a wishlist of statistics I would like to display which are not currently supported by logs.tf.

• Time alive on each class
• Count of each medkit picked up, along with actual health healed. Ditto for ammo.
• Location of kills/deaths and ubers (for e.g. a heatmap)
• Breakdown of damage by class (similar to kills)
• Breakdown of K/D/A and damage (taken) by target (not just class)
• Number of ubers built
• Uber stats broken down by uber type
• Total time spent capping or pushing cart, or total % of cap points capped (e.g. standing on last for 2s might be 75% cap)
