Picking up a building while spinning up a Minigun/charging Cow Mangler prevents weapon switch

Using +attack3 to pick up a building while spun up/charging a shot will prevent the engineer from switching weapons. The picked up building cannot be placed back down, and dying provides the kill feed as though they were carrying the building.
