Too many changes I'm not sure what to title this #87

This happens when I make bunch of huge unstable stuffs at once... just want to merge this now.

Few highlights:

Replace bunch of convars to new ones, read more at README.md (honestly not happy with this outcome, should use config instead)
Add support for randomized rune
Add support for randomized spells
Reduce needed gamedatas and detours related to player's loadout refresh from TF2
Reduce lags from getting attributes (#84)
Improve getting max ammo without much hardcode
