Search does not show recent results, when filters are applied #149

If I go to the frontpage and click "Gesetze" => https://offenesparlament.at/gesetze/XXV/, you get all recent Gesetze, Anfragen etc.

However, if I then add another filter to the search (for example: "Kategorie: Schriftliche Anfrage"), I only get results until March 2017 (https://offenesparlament.at/suche/gesetze?llps=XXV&category=Schriftliche+Anfrage). If I then delete the filter, I do not get recent results (https://offenesparlament.at/suche/gesetze?llps=XXV).
