Moderation option: remove all links from a user's posts

Sometimes users are in the ambiguous zone where you're not sure if they're spamming or legit. It'd be nice to have a button that:

1. Snoozes them
2. Removes all the links from their posts / comments / bio

That way they're not getting any reputation for their site, but we don't have to ban and purge a potentially innocent user.

This feels like the wrong solution to me. I'd rather do something like message them (maybe a button to do it automatically) and ask them to respond and indicate they're not a spammer

Given the various new moderation tools introduced in 2023, maybe this issue can be closed?
