This will save a few hours of posting back and forth, asking for, and explaining how to acquire useful information in order for other forum users to help troubleshoot a problem.

403 error code #125

Hello, after installing here: https://cursuri.silviusielenacovaliov.ro/oo/fpa-en.php the forum, when accesing it, It give a 403 Forbidden Access to this resource on the server is denied!. Thank you for any clue on this issue.
